Absolute class in customer service. We called Pablo on a whim after identifying a potential water issue. He went out of his way to come straight to us despite being between other obligations and use the time he had to identify possible issues and solutions and make sure we understood all of them.

Extremely courteous and informative without being pushy or rushing through questions—a rare find these days!

They came when cackled and worked quickly. But communication either by text or email is NOT up to par. All they had to do was answer my text or email and it would increase their rating. No one like being ignored. I didn’t want to give this rating but once you give these guys your email you get pummeled with texts and emails.
Nobody wants additional emails guys.

This was a great company to work with. My water heater leaked and caused damage to my floors and walls. AOA came in, assessed the situation, quickly removed all affected parts, and dried everything. They were friendly, courteous, and professional and really helped guide me through a process I had no experience in.
