AOA CLEANING AND RESTORATION

AOA came and very quickly took care of our sewer-pipe leak. They removed all affected areas of the floor and walls and cleaned everything up. Additionally, they cleaned an entire area of our basement that was adjacent to where the issue was. The entire area surrounding their job was left in a pristine state and they were very professional. The timeframe they had quoted for the job was accurate. The two men who performed the job were personable and answered all questions I had. They draped tarp everywhere from the job site to the front door to make sure no dirt was transferred during the work. They removed all the garbage and took it with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. AOA responded quickly when I had a significant plumbing leak that affected 3 levels of my house. They left the house clean and tidy. I’ve never needed remediation

Sewer sludge and water backed up (October 2022) into the basement with a horrible smell for 5 days. The water left black sludge that turned oily blue covering 95% of the basement. The scent went all the way to the second floor.
