AOA CLEANING AND RESTORATION

I have now used AOA twice with flooded basement and sewage back up (lucky me!) and they are absolutely fantastic. I seem to have the worst luck with basement floods so have experience with many other restoration and cleaning companies and I have to say AOA beats them on everything: response time, urgency, quality of work, speed of restoration, customer service and pricing. I have worked with Andoni D from AOA and he puts your mind to ease which isn’t easy under these types of circumstances. I found my basement flooded with sewage at 9pm and he came out to assess the damage within an hour and had his crew cleaning up the next day at 7:30am to fit my schedule. We just used AOA for our basement and laundry room that flooded with sewage water. They came out right away to assess, and came as soon we emptied our basement for remediation. They are SUPER fast, hardworking and CLEAN! (I am meticulous, so my standard for "clean" is quite high!) There were very informative and even found some extra areas that we overlooked, thank you.

Their general manager, James, is super informative, helpful, easy to work with and accommodating. He came for the assessment, spoke in length on numerous phone conversations with my husband, worked with communicating with our insurance, and checked up on his crew while the job was being done.
