We had Jason out to quote a job. The job ended up being smaller than quoted as we had just gotten some painting done. I called Jason and asked him to send over a revised quote. He said to text him the info. I did and also followed up two and then three weeks later and I have received no call or text from him in response. It has now been almost two months and I am receiving this request to rate my service that I never received. Makes no sense.
