For years I have suffered from jaw pain/stiffness/lockup. I have been referred to 3 different TMJ specialists who required hundreds of dollars just to walk in the door. My friend recommended a chiropractor and I thought, why not? My first appointment with Dr. Niederkohr was Monday. I cried happy tears after I left because finally someone understood my issue and vowed to do everything they could to help me! After just two appointments I am already feeling relief! I highly recommend Anchor Bay Spine Center. PS, The office staff is excellent too!!!! 😁

I am a hairdresser by trade and have been going to Physical therapy for the past 2 1/2 months with no relief from my neck and shoulder pain. I went to Doc for one adjustment and to Laura for a one hour massage and I can’t believe the relief I have gotten in one weeks time. I just went for my second massage and third adjustment and feel like a new person. They also gave me tips on stretching and exercises to do when I’m at home. Not only have they helped me more than I could ever imagine in such a short time but they display such professionalism and at the same time feel so comfortable when I’m with them. I will and have already recommend this office as a whole from the girls at the front desk to the girls who help with the therapy to my massage therapist Laura to Doc Art. It’s a win win all the way around.

I’ve been going to Dr. Art for over a year now. It was on a need be basis when I would throw my back out. I always left there able to walk again! Then once I got pregnant I have been visiting him once a month and my back has never felt better during a pregnancy!
