Kami Kirkland was the agent who showed us the condo, that we ended up buying. Kami was always prompt to reply to texts or phone calls and exhibited all the hallmarks of a true professional. In fact, one day after the sale, when we found the air conditioning not working Kami made arrangements to have someone come the next morning. All above and beyond our expectations.

Highly disappointed. The amount of arrogance and discriminating behavior I have witnessed in the last couple of weeks is disheartening. Not to mention the missed opportunity to have the perfect home for my kids and me. Words can't describe how disappointed I am with lack of compassion and total disregard for customer service. Of course you can get ahold of someone at Amy's office, but I guess she herself is too much of a rockstar to personally get back to someone. This is one person and one company who will stop at nothing to get what they want even at the expense of the customer. If I could have left - stars I would.
