We had the most seamless process during what felt like such a chaotic time (moving during the holidays!) I don’t think it could have been pulled off if we weren’t working with this exceptional team. Amy & Jon Phillips have the patience of saints! Over the last year, we’ve navigated a possible build, half a dozen offers (rescinded a couple) & had numerous viewings.
