I left this office because staff was abusive after I requested they lower TV volume. A family member just received abusive treatment as well by front desk staff. Highly recommend finding a different service provider.

Would give a ZERO if I could. Staff turnover is TERRIBLE. Run away fast and get a second opinion!

I've been dealing with a large sore in my eye. They couldn't see me for 2 weeks! Told me to go to urgent care. Urgent care said they "thought" it was an infection but I should really see my eye doctor. I called back and the rude receptionist said "We can't see you before your appointment on weds at 9:30am" . " Call another eye doctor " so here it is weds at 9:27am and they will not see me because my appointment was really for 9:15 supposedly. She said, We allow you to be 10 minutes late and you are 12!!! The doctor refuses to see you now and we have nothing open until next week. I WASNT LATE!! I just spoke to someone Monday and she confirmed my appointment was for 9:30 am!!! They have been rude right from the start. Very unprofessional. I will be finding a new eye doctor. Do yourself a favor and read their reviews because they are true.

I'm on the fence lately with a lot of things about Dr Kwiat. I've been going to see him for several years now. About 5 years ago, I had a serious condition develop with one of my eyes. He has been treating it since, with exams and injections into my eye, and it's been working well. However, about a year ago, after a routine exam, he came into the exam room and told me that "the cataracts are about medium sized now." Huh? I was NEVER told I HAD even one cataract, let alone two. So that was strike one. Then about six months ago, I went in to have my injection. Within that week, I could tell there was definitely something different that took place because I was experiencing symptoms that I hadn't had with multiple previous injection appointments. Sickening to see how thisnplace has went down hill. Staff was extremely rude n nasty went to help a friend and they knew the circumstances and made me leave n claimed I said something to this Amanda lady which I never did. The lies from the employees is now goin to have me turn this doc in to the boards n how his practice is ran doin what they
have to a child
