Overall my experience was incredibly professional and enjoyable from a customer perspective, and all preemptive details were settled in a one-time visit by someone who appraised the windows and how much cleaning would be done. I got in a week earlier than my scheduled appointment, much to my delight, and when the gentlemen who came to perform the cleaning were done they had absolutely transformed both insides and outsides of my external windows.

They were extremely careful about screens they had to remove, noted cracked glass they would have to wipe down instead of risking water leaking, and were happy to take direction on certain windows or glass panes that had to be handled in addition to, or specifically apart from the normal external windows.

I will happily employ American Window Cleaning again.

From booking to the finish of cleaning everyone I worked with was nice and professional. Everything was handled electronically including reminders when they were coming and I appreciated that. The two men, Clayton and Elijah were the people working and they were awesome. Anything that they saw on the house or windows they showed us and took photos.
