We have used American Window prior to 11/11/22 and have been satisfied with the services. On 11/10 the temperature was 75 degrees. On 11/10 at 3;15, the temp was 30 degrees and the gutters were frozen. The guys worked to clear roughly 1/3 of the gutters. They cleaned the exterior of windows and left as the sun was setting. It was cold and difficult for the workers to complete their work. The temperature is scheduled to be in the 40’s. If they could could attempt to get the heavy leaves out the gutter, it would be greatly appreciated. Having said all the above, how often do we get such a sudden drop in temp in less than 24 hours? A very difficult working situation.
