We had our windows cleaned on our post- Victorian home that have the old fashioned aluminum self-storing storms and screens. The first crew showed up late and worked till after 5 trying to get the windows down, but we felt they were overwhelmed with the project and left without finishing the job. Kelly was very helpful, and immediately dispatched a supervisor and assistant to finish the job properly the next business day, working throughout the day to get all the windows cleaned, along with vacuuming the window sills. Greg and Skylar were top notched, and Greg was constantly making sure we were completely satisfied with the results.
