We had our home power washed and windows and screens cleaned inside and out this summer. Unfortunately, we noticed after they finished and left most of the windows (on outside) had spots. We called about the problem and they set up time to come back and sent Austin to re-do the windows outside. He worked very hard and did a great job! Thanks American Window Cleaning! Great experience all the way around. The guys came out on Monday, the day our area experienced a derecho storm. They didn’t quite get finished, but rescheduled to come back. They came back two days later and finished the job. Both times the guys were polite and professional. A day later I got a call from the office asking if I wanted them to come back out and re-clean the windows, as the guys that came out to finish noticed the storm blew around a lot of dirt, and the windows were already a little dirty. I was very impressed they offered to come back out and redo the windows! Thank you guys!! I really appreciate it and will be using your service again!

Excellent job and very pleasant and professional

Great service and work. The employees I dealt with were very nice, courteous and knew their business. I had my house, garage, work shop and barn cleaned and gutters taken care of. All of the buildings had green growth on them on the north sides and needed to be cleaned. Our metal awning had a nasty growth on it and the concrete stoop was discolored badly. The two employees that did the work were great guys who worked hard and did a great job. All of our building look like new, the wife said she could not believe the difference in their appearance. I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants their home and building to look new and shiny. Great service, professional people, well worth the money.

Actually they arrived early and was very fast in the outside window cleaning and pergola. I wish their packages could be modified as I wanted my gutters whitened but it was in the house washing package. I did not want my house washed as it is brick.
