Super appreciative of these guys! When the tornado came through our area they delivered dumpsters to several people on our road and came back to haul them off when they were full. At absolutely no cost to anyone!

American Veterans Restoration responded to my home within 30 minutes of my call. When you are overwhelmed at having found your place flooded this means a lot.

AVR is a company of extreme integrity, even returning overpayment by my insurance to the company! The also keep their word. My home had damage in 5 rooms on Nov 27, 2019 and they promised all the work from pulling up floors and replacing drywall to replacing flooring and painting by Christmas and they were true to their word. We were enormously grateful.

The workers who came to my home were professional in every way and talented in their crafts. Any small issues that came up were handled to our satisfaction and quite quickly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Still have company wanting us to repay for some materials that they have apparently refused to pay for, after we have paid them.

(Fortunately the address we mailed the final payment to was closed down, and check was returned so the material was then payed for and Mr. Strouser apologized) so check was remailed. I belive that Mr. Strauser just had some guys that really were not good. And i am told they no longer work for him.

Jonathan and his crew have been excellent in identifying the issues and suggesting courses of action. I felt that all of them are excellent at customer service. They explain each step of the way and give you options on how to proceed. Jonathan and Hunter deserve special mention for attention to detail.

I was so upset seeing the amount of water and mud in my house but after calling American Veterans Restoration. I was immediately sent help to start the big water clean up and repair. The owner and the staff were efficient and professional. I recommend this company to anyone needing help! They did a great job
