They left my home still wet after hurricane damage. A year later I’m still dealing with this. We have a home in Alabama that they completely destroyed and they assured that it was common for this work to happen this way. After many calls and being completely ignored by the owner, I now have a lawyer and a pending lawsuit. We were lied to every step of the way, but thankfully Servpro has come to save the day and are remediation the mold damage in my home.

American Veterans Restoration was wonderful! Jonathan was always professional, highly responsive, was on the job sight everyday to manage and supervise the work, and the men he has working for him are courteous, keep a clean job sight, and they’re always willing to help if you have questions. The roof is beautiful- a job very well done! I I would definitely use again for roof repair and/or restoration. I highly recommend AVR!

*****NEW REVIEW: Sad to say this, but I have had a change of heart regarding this company. The truth is my home owners insurance covered my roof repairs while I was out of the state working two years ago. It did not cost me anything out of pocket, so I did not care to look at the fine print of what they charged. I was just happy with the finished product because it allowed me to then quickly sell my home. The brand new roof attracted a host of buyers. Fast forward to my parents home flooding last year. I recommended this company. I have never regretted a decision so much. Moral of the story.... if you tell them that you have flood insurance, Buyer Beware. They will run up a tab so high that even your adjuster will call you out of concern. The charges were outrageous! Not to mention that they left holes in the walls, the outlets spaces were not cut properly, and the kitchen...

Came out to evaluate the damage after the hurricane.
A week later & still haven’t received a quote & no response to my messages.

We came out and did sampling and testing on 3 separate properties for this company in the Summer of 2019. They still haven't paid us for the work. Our business is small and we can't afford to be shafted this way. Environmental Compliance & Testing.
