The owner drove over an hour, at night, with ice on the roads to make sure I was taken care of. Easy to work with and was very accommodating throughout the entire process.

Jonathan was awesome. Very kind and helpful. He always answered my calls and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.

First I can start off by saying that the owner Jonathan is completely unresponsive and extremely unprofessional. Initially, when I inquired about a leak in my bathroom he was extremely responsive and tended to the situation. Gave me all the stories on how he would guarantee the insurance company pays him or he’s going to sue them blah blah blah. They got the water and mold out of my ceiling and then cut a huge hole where the mold was forming. After my insurance company declared it wasn’t a roofing issue I was prepared to pay this company whatever needed to be done to get it fixed and remodeled. When I reached out to him to get a quote done on the repairs no response…I texted and left voicemails…no response. This has been going on for a month. I opened my email and there was an invoice for the services performed two months ago. Apparently the owner doesn’t like money or whatever...

We used them after hurricane Ian in SWFL, they presented well and using the VET and firefighters as status ,don't let that fool you .First they didn't finish the job up to the contract which was very simple and black and white and then threatened to put a lean on the house.(a bully move) .We had to hire additional specialist to complete the items that's where in the contact ie: remove ALL COUNTER TOPS , which they did not. remove ALL FLOORING which they did not . even had to remove drywall ourself after they were paid, it still had a100% moisture reading. They were to worried about collecting final payment which wasn't a problem had they done the job as the contract specified...the forman was great but ended up quitting ( issue with company ethics) .So by the time it is all said and done we paid additional cost and did work ourselve, this poorley run outfit... it is a shameful that in...

Good hard working employees. They will come out and do it all from drying out your structure to making sure your repairs are being taken care of. They will work hand in hand with your insurance to take as much stress off of you as possible.

We had a water leak in an inside wall. America Veterans Restoration was able to dry out the area before they could remove the damaged wood flooring and drywall. They installed need wood flooring and sanded and stained our remaining flooring to match. My floors look beautiful!
