OK, here’s the thing, all companies are 5-star companies when everything goes perfectly. But it doesn’t matter if you’re Apple or Joe’s Dry Cleaning, everything doesn’t go perfectly every time. This is when you find out who they really are.
American Leak Detection came to our house to fix a pool leak. A week later, it was still losing water, so we notified them. They had someone out very quickly (Steve Wallace), no questions asked, and it’s now fixed.
So, use ‘em with confidence. This is who we thought they were, but it’s nice to have it confirmed.
