ALD got out to my house to check pool the day after I called. I am in NH so I relied on them to keep me informed. Eric called me after he was there. I had another conversation with him the next morning and my report was emailed along with photos that afternoon. Very good service. Unfortunately for me, out pool has structural damage which is nothing they can fix.
