American Leak Detection of Southwest Florida

I tried to remove a garden hose from a spigot. It was “frozen” on. Afterward, there was what appeared to be a small leak at the spigot. Used black silicone tape to seal. That’s when I noticed water seepage along one bedroom baseboard and on my lanai (near spigot). After I removed tape, water infiltration was greatly reduced. However, at the same time my inground spa was leaking. Hence, call to Am Leak Detection of SW FL. I had written out a one page detailed history of the problem (since I was out of state and neighbor was standing in for me), which the technician NEVER READ…just put in his pocket. When a homeowner takes the time to provide pertinent info., it should not be totally disregarded! He said the water seepage was from the hose line. Took minimum effort to diagnose.
Technician spent longer on spa and fixed a small leak near equipment, which I appreciate....
