American Lawn Science installed a new lawn for me several years ago. About 16,000 sqft with 200 yards of engineered soil. There were some challenges but the outcome has been amazing. They do my fertilization program as well. Anytime I have an issue, they'll answer my calls, send someone by to check out the lawn and provide expert guidance. I initially selected Lawn Science for lawn maintenance because they use safe organic products which was a concern since we have a dog. Before they began work my lawn was mainly clover, weeds and crabgrass. After the first year of lawn applications we had them seed for us as well.
