I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased the year and paid in advance. I watched the first application and called in that the tech made one pass on my front and back lawn, ignored the sides altogether. The second application was faster, just as skimpy and neighbors all received same. I called to cancel and was given a bit of a run around. A check arrived, very little refund. Very sorry I got involved with this company.
