PROBABLY FIXED!!! See below!!
I told them from day one (sales guy) and then to each step of the way that I needed it to be reality smooth due to my feet issues. IT’S NOT!!! They did say it wouldn’t be real smooth because that could be dangerous, but my feet feel like it has very pointy sharp bumps. I wish I could grind it down flat then reseal it with a top coat.
Other than that it looks very nice.

THE OWNERS CAME AND FIXED THIS PROBLEM FOR ME!! They sanded the floor and put a much thicker top coat on the floor. THEY ARE SUPER CONCERNED THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY!!! All at no extra cost to me. I’M VERY HAPPY NOW!!! Floor is beautiful, Company awesome!!! Read more >

The folks at American Epoxy have done two jobs for us and both times they were quick, professional, courteous and thorough. We had a small problem on the last job where the coating in two small spots was lifting. They said they now had a superior long lasting compound and removed the entire floor coating and installed a complete new floor that was visibly more durable at no cost to us. We have been impressed with the quality of their work and terrific customer service. They made it all easy and left us totally satisfied. Try them, you will like them!

I needed this flooring done before Dec. 2 because I have other work being done on the 2nd. They were able to get the floor installed with plenty of time for it to dry/set. The pricing is competitive. What I liked the most is that the man that came to give me the estimate was knowledgeable about the entire process. He was able to answer all of my questions. The lady I worked with in the office was very helpful. For a little bit I was concerned that I would not be able to get the floor completed on time but she was able to make it work. The guys that came out to install it were very nice. They were respectful of the property. They cleaned up after themselves.
