What an amazing customer service. Ambrose installed Christmas Lights on our home and the look wonderful.
He promised 48 hour response for a single bulb going out. Well the first bulb went out and I sent an email that evening. The bulb was replaced the next morning. Yesterday evening I noticed another bulb out and emailed him at 8 pm Wednesday evening. On Thanksgiving evening before I even went outside he was in the driveway looking for the bulb. All the lights were on but I had a photo of the outage from yesterday. He hauled the ladder out and made sure the bulb was tight. What fabulous service. 10 stars if I could. Read more >
