Never even received service because I was scheduled and confirmed for a time and ZERO communication on reason or obstacles on them being 2 hours late!! As someone that was planning on a long relationship with this company I was looking forward to service! Owner is extremely unwilling to listen to concerns or compassion about reason for a complaint, call me a “Karen” or whatever but giving me reasons why you are late and wasting 2 hours of my time that weren’t communicated with me earlier makes me very frustrated, as would anyone would be! I’m sure they are good at what they do, but if you are looking for any sort of stable communication or understanding I would STAY FAR AWAY!
