Need new kitchen manger i was there she was so rude how can you all people have her working for you're company. That's so embarrassing she was yelling at her workers am a professional manager will never treat my employees like she did.. and the cook was so sweet she a nice worker i saw her walk out because you're kitchen manager so wrong

This was the WORST facility I have ever worked at. They hired an administrator that had no experience in running a facility, the administrator was never in the facility he was always lying and all in all very rude! Would not recommend!

Is really sick don't know if she is going to make it. All because of neglect. This place needs to be shut down for good. It's all about the. Money

Didn’t take care of my aunt at all, she stayed with something wrong with her every other day. Always dehydrated, sat in her own urine for hours, didn’t consistently check on her. Currently in the hospital praying that she makes fast recovery. She will never be going back there. I’ve worked at nursing homes and this is one of the worst; patients come first & I’ve witnessed myself you have to go to the nurses and ask them to come tend to her.!!
How can you treat someone so poorly when you know they can’t really help themselves? Treat them as if it was your own family member.

The care I received was a nightmare. To be left in urine for hours in my bed in a cold room with out medication is insane. I was sent v there for Rehabilitation, but most of the time I spend it in bed. Their attitude is so unrespectful. They were mean to me. They don't know how to use the pain management. I pray to God that I will never stay there again. No one deserves to be treated so mean and with no compassion or respect. I thought I was going to die. I have nightmares of this place. Horrible place!

Very unprofessional, went to the open house, DON was in her own little world. Not to mention the Administrator was late and on his phone, he didn’t even have enough courtesy to tell us who he was. I’ve guess he had better things to do over the phone than to tell us or show us the buildings remodels. Everyone else was great. I can see the therapy team had they’re stuff together. As for the building it looks nice, that’s not going to make the place a better choice. You want to make it better get rid of the Don and Administrator as long as you have people like them in management the whole facility will suffer and go down. Seems to me that the reviews on here are all from they’re own employees, which they probably told or asked to write a good review.

I've had the opportunity to visit numerous nursing facilities and this one is a standout!! The residents and staff are some of the very best I've ever come into contact with. The fact that no resident has had COVID since the start of the pandemic speaks volumes about the quality of care and concern the staff has for those in this facility. Truly amazing people being complimented by a beautiful remodel. Come down, take a look for yourselves at the great things happening everyday at The Lodge!!
