If I could give a negative star review I would. My MIL was there and the staff were awful! 20-45 minutes to answer a call light (what if she had fallen or had a stroke or heart attack?),many times they would come in and turn off the light then walk back out without asking what she needed, hours to get pain and nausea meds, the first day they didn’t bring her a tray for supper. The food was NASTY and they brought coolaid to drink for meals.
No concern or compassion for their patients whatsoever (except the Physical Therapists).
They put a patient with an active MRSA infection in her room with her.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!
