My husband and I are 2 months into our 6 month program and are very satisfied. The care and attention we receive from Dr. Sonia and the coaches is wonderful. This program is not a temporary fix, it teaches you to make lifetime changes.

Working with Alma Vida has been very good. The program has been pretty easy to follow, great guidance and materials. My diet was good before but it will be great now. I’m in week 5, doing detox, and my brain fog is gone and I have greater stamina to get through the day and accomplish things. Can’t wait sit to see how I finish after 90 days.
