Getting text messages at 1:00 am in not good. Think about this. People keep their phones next to them and use them for alarm clocks. Not very happy getting woken up by a text to take a survey.

Everyone was so nice, thorough, friendly, informative, showed concern for my well-being, The facility was very clean and they even offer cookies and coffee. Prior to any aspect of the whole procedure, they would explain all about it. And allow questions after each exclamations making sure that it was perfectly understood.
