From the minute they started walking me back to my treatment room, the sales pitch started. I overlooked it at first, but it got very tacky towards the end of my visit. I was there for Botox only. I’ve had Botox before from a different provider and received a total of 35 units across the forehead area both times. This doctor recommended 45 units just in my 11’s!!! I told her I was uncomfortable with this, so she said she would do 35. I was still uncomfortable with that number but she assured me it was needed. I once again said I was uncomfortable with that amount and that if she didn’t want to treat me because of that, I would be fine with that decision. She told me that she would not treat me then, because she wants patients to follow her recommendations. I left right then.
