NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!! Horrible staff. Once the billing woman chased me to the elevator!! Turns out, they hadn't mailed my bill yet. They totally scam you...telling you your insurance will cover procedures that they won't. Charging over $150 for pressure stockings? LOL... YOU CAN GET THOSE AT RITE AID FOR $20!! Staff is so rude its ridiculous.

For $8 a unit, I drove an hour and a half to this location. I'm used to getting 25 units, they did over 40. Results look good, but no different than what I get for $250. Lip club might be worth looking into. Dental block was nice.

My wife went to warren location for...only.....an unsightly vein on left leg near knee. Dr. Georgetown was in charge. Great man. Very nice. The assistant had no clue what she was doing. She hit her nerve instead of vein. She winced in pain!! Assistants reply was....Mrs. Shock, we have other patients here. Couldn't believe she said that. I was in room with her. They did many more procedures on her!!!! Georgetown gave her his own cell number and said.....they may be able to take the plasma out of blood and inject around nerve. She was too scared at first. After some time and too much pain she called him. He then told her that the warren location had been closed. She then started to call mok....for help. He sent me to his friend Dr. Iyer and were told all was OK. We knew it wasn't. Had severe pain in leg. Tried several times to contact mok....He would not call me...

I had a Magic Lift here and I came back for Fraxel laser. Both visits were amazing, The staff explained everything thoroughly and the results have been great. Dr. Mok conducted my follow up visit from the Magic Lift and did an excellent job. Tammy, the esthetician who performed the Fraxel treatment, was beyond wonderful. She took her time educating me before, during and after the service. Her technique was fantastic. I’ll be coming back for more services in the future.

Professional, knowledgeable and caring teamwork provided consistently.. From checking in to checking out a great experience each time. 10 stars!!⭐️

The service was top-notch. There was a financial glitch after my first visit. Melissa was amazing. She did the investigation on her end to figure out where/how/why the double charge happened and made sure that I was reimbursed. She was in constant contact and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The behind-the-scene people are every bit as important to the over-all experience as the front line office staff. Nothing but great things to say about my experience!
