The level of disrespect you get confronted with is disturbing.

I had an appointment for botox. At no point was that part of the conversation. But let me start with being a private clinic time management is essential if you respect your (potential) clients.

After an older man walked into the room without introducing himself I was told after a few minutes where my face was hanging down and that I needed a magical lift. It could be done right now. Costs are $4.400 and while I was still trying to understand what kind of procedure a magic lift is and what was done to my face, young women in white coats kept walking in and out.
The older man kept pushing impatiently for the $4.400 treatment while I was still trying to understand the procedure. Obviously my concern, wishes and comments were of no interest. The man - still no idea who I was talking to - lost...

I can go on and on about how good the staff was to me when I got there. I had a few complications following plastics from another facility and the staff stepped in explained what was wrong, my opinions, and showed me how to care for things at home. Gave me such a peace of mind. Love the staff here.

I spoke to a Nancy on the phone trying to make my next Botox appointment. I have been a receptionist myself for over 3 years and I understand some days might be stressful but to always conduct myself in a pleasant manner when answering phones. She was extremely rude, condescending and unpleasant during our call. I hung up mid-call and ended up calling the Warren office. I wish I got her name at the Warren office because she was very sweet!

this place is the absolute BEST. i’ve been coming here for about 8 months now to get my lips done and have had 4 syringes total. my lips look fantastic and i have never felt this confident. all the staff members are so informational and always make sure you’re doing okay throughout the appointment. book your appointments here, you won’t regret it!

The staff is so kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and couldn't have been treated any better. The procedures I had went perfect right down to the anesthesia. I appreciated not being oversedated. Pain control was perfect as well. Will definitely be back for more procedures in the future. ☺️☺️
