I went back in November and had "pretty eyes" done. I had to go back 2x after because it wasn't working. I was told a long time ago that they diluted their products.. Which makes sense. Then I went back about 3months later for a touch up. First Dr Mok uses xeomin without asking me first, after he's finished doing it They tell me I can't use my points from alle ! So I got screwed and had to pay out of pocket for the whole thing. I make a 2 week follow up appointment because my eyebrows were crooked from what he did and because he doesn't ever listen to patient...so I request to see someone other then the Dr to fix. So at my appointment Danielle comes in and she sees what's wrong and puts in 4 units. Then THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! She walks out of the room and left me bleeding and didn't tell me I was bleeding nor wipe it or give me something for the blood. I'm done...
