Wife waited for an hour and a half and was told "sorry they forgot about you." Then when she was finally taken to the room, they had her down for hair removal when her appointment was for botox and lip fillers.. this is the 2nd time she has experienced issues with this clinic. Then when they started the lady was only supposed to do the top lip and injected some into the bottom. . . I'm sorry but we cannot trust this place with any more procedures. This experience was a nightmare. Never again. Will let everyone we know not to trust this clinic.

I see Tammy for my treatments and she is always amazing! She takes the time to listen and answers my questions completely so I know what to expect every time. Would highly recommended going Allure in Shelby and ask for Tammy. Very pleased

Not only was I waiting over an hour before an actual provider came in to do a simple Botox injection. That is what the appointment was for. I had to sit through an hour sales pitch with videos and a book! I’ve been getting Botox for years and I am in and out of my dermatologist office within 20 minutes, not to mention there is absolutely no change in my face because as others have said, clearly the product is watered down yet I was charged double I’d what I’ve ever paid. I will definitely be calling the office tomorrow for resolution. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
