If you have acne & acne scarring, don't come here.
I think my review should still be valid although its been 4+ years since I went back. Ive struggled with Acne since I was a teenager. I have had bad acne scarring along with active breakouts. I went to Allure medical spa and gave this place 5,000 + for multiple fraxel treatments that just blew up my face for 3 days. Scarring is still there. It didn't do anything. Before the fraxel treatments they gave me some photo zapping thing that was supposed to stop me from breaking out. Well, years later my skin looks terrible & I'm still breaking out. I literally paid 1000 a treatment for the fraxel & 0 results. OH and i never seen an actual doctor here! They made it seem like i was going to get Dr Charles Mok himself but never met the guy 😬

I feel I tried communicating what I was looking for and I was not heard. I went through with a small procedure and have had unusual side effects and tried to communicate this by asking for a call from provider. I was not made a priority at all and did not receive a call. Overall I regret going to the appointment and am worried about long term side effects.
I’m response to the owner- I called again and yes there is a record of me, they just are not calling me back. The receptionist also was not kind.

I want all women to take a minute and look up the hashtag #breastimplantillness on all social media platforms before taking this risk.

Showed up 20 minutes early and got to my room. One hour after the appointment time, I left. No one came to see me, meanwhile 4 of the girls are standing around chatting about their weekend. I walked out and will never go back
