I went in for botox because of an 8$ special they had. I've had botox twice before, so this was my third time. They did a combo of botox/xeomin and gave me more units than I had ever received in the past, so I didn't even save any money. Their idea is to cause atrophyby putting in more units. However, my results were less than spectacular. Dr. Mok didn't even listen to what I wanted and just started injecting without even asking if I wanted to address certain areas outside eyes/forehead, which I did.

I raised my dissatisfaction at my follow-up appointment, so they compared my before and after to show me what a difference there was going to be. But there wasn't. So, the injector gave me some more to see if the results would improve. They did, but it was still overall not great. I did enjoy my experience with her more than Dr. Mok though.

I’m never seen a place that pushes you to get more units for “better results”. When you have a budget it doesn’t mean you can’t afford what you’re asking for, as I was told maybe I should save more and then come back, which is never again. This is the second time I went there although I was told by many friends about the bad experiences they had. Didn’t like the experience the first time either but loved the injector (I think her name was Liz) so I thought I’d give it another go. I ended up not getting anything done and left the office.

I’ve noticed that most of your replies to the “1 Star” is the same “we have no records of you.” That’s a shame. You don’t “recommend “ we either do what you say or we can’t use your services. Luckily there is enough places to go to.

Came to get my blue veins lasered from under my eyes. Visited about 5+ offices and this was the only one that could do it. Staff were very sweet, calming, and accommodating, especially Tammy & Christine. As for the veins, I was told it would take up to two months to go away as well as may need 2-3 treatments but I had 4 and they did not go away.

Edit: to summarize, employees were always kind to me which i appreciate, but the service i drove over 2 hours for, 4 different times and paid $600 (lasering veins) was a waste :(

Worse place ever !
They do not perform all procedure you pay for and be prepared to get an infection from what they do perform.
If you complain they refuse to treat you.
Worse Doctor snd practice ever.
This shady clinic has been reported to every channel available.
