I came in for Botox. I was upfront and let the girl checking me in that I only do Botox once per year. She explained that they want you to come in every 4 months. I explained that I only need it once a year. I could tell that would be an issue. I sat in the room for 45 minutes and still no nurse. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to wait an hour because you aren’t as important as the membership clients. Horrible customer service. All about the money. After 50 minutes, the manager came in and explained to me that they are behind. She offered to do the Botox in that moment, but I was required to get 55 units. I have never in 15 years been told that I was required to get a certain amount. This place is a money grab, avoid it if possible.

McKena was great! She proactively reached out to let me know I had a credit on my account and offered to send me a couple of products to close the balance. I really appreciated the extra effort!
