I had had the best results from my procedures and Kristina and Monika are professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. They make me feel very comfortable and they work with me! I would recommend this spa to anyone!

Not the same since Dr. Kotlus left. My initial augmentation done by him (under the muscle per Dr. Kotlus), results looked and felt fantastic. Unfortunately, developed capsular contracture. Corrective surgery done but results were different, felt the implants (crinkle-crinkle) & had a protrusion that looked like a 3rd "nip", however, his nurse confirmed that the 2nd surgery was also done under the muscle. Capsular contracture was setting in again & was to see Dr. Kotlus for follow-up to determine options. Found out Kotlus moved and saw Dr. Mok. Dr. Mok disputed that either surgery was under muscle (said whoever told me that "didn't know what they were talking about"). He then told me I'd be happy with silicone upgrade & gave all reasons why, told me it would have to be over the muscle due to "thin tissue" issue (which has since been disputed...

Kristina is removing my tattoo currently and I could not think of anyone better to do it. She is so thorough with explaining the process, and the expectations. When you are in the office she greets you with a smile on her face and makes you feel important. I don't feel insecure when I walk in there or judge by her. She helps lift a weight of my shoulders when I walk in there. Once the treatment begins she gives a step by step of what she is doing so you are not in the dark. Once the procedure is done she is so open about contacting her if you have a concern or are not healing correctly. I could not imagine going to anyone else for this removal, I trust Kristina and would send anyone I know getting a removal to her!! Shes a class act and an awesome employee!

I can't be any more thankful for such an amazing staff! The staff made me look amazing and calmed my nerves during the surgical day. Dr P I would recommend to all of my friends as he offered suggestions I had not even thought of and did such an amazing job! I couldn't be more happy! He even called the next day to see how I was doing. And if it wasn't for Mindy and Michelle J the day of surgery would have not been so pleasant because of my nerves.
