Have had Botox off and on over the years by various service providers. This was by far the worst. Had made an appointment for the discounted Botox and instead got a 40 minute sales pitch during which I repeated that I only wanted the Botox and had a budget. Tech was very rude interrupted me constantly, and spoke over me, compared to herself to a doctor prescribing antibiotics! Lol. Very disappointing. In the end, she said she wouldn’t treat me unless I bought a certain package. I called their corporate office and they could care less. In retrospect, I’m glad I didn’t get treatment there because totally do not trust them. Worst ever. I’ve booked with another provider that I used before even though they’re more expensive . Note that all the Bad reviews share a Similar Experience and are Recent. Seems like somebody needs more training. So disappointing.
