If I could give Zero stars I would. I paid for services months in advance, drove over an hour for my appointment, took off from work for the only appointment that they had available due to their excessive overbooking of patients for "specials", only to be told that they can't give me the service that I paid for...lip filler. The same service that other companies & physicians have no problems with, due to me having anaphylaxis reactions to penecillan. I've had botox & fillers multiple times with no issues. If this was such an issue THEN IT SHOULDVE BEEN ASKED IN MY INITIAL TELEPHONE CONSULTATION INSTEAD OF WASTING MY GAS TIME AND AFFECTING ME LOSING MONEY FROM WORK. IF YOUR APP IS SO COMPLICATED & TOUCHY ON ASKING PRE-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS THAT PEOPLE CANT SUBMIT OR FIGURE IT OUT IN ADVANCE, THEN INSTEAD OF TAKING MY MONEY TO MAKE SALES AND WASTE MY TIME & GAS,...
