I had an appointment Saturday 9/7, was greeted very promptly with a smile. I was going in for HRT, Ashley the Nurse Practitioner came in and went over my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to have the HRT pellets done that day. Brook was the nurse who administered the pellets, she explained everything as she was doing this. I felt very comfortable and was at ease. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and although this was my first time here, they treated me like family. I went on Saturday and today is Monday and I am swollen and concerned BUT I think I am freaking myself out. I have a follow up in 2 weeks for extra filler for the Pretty Eyes package and I will most likely get it. The care they took with everything they did and since I went on the recommendation of a long time client of theirs I was overall very happy with the service. It is costly but honestly I have only had 3 full days of recovery and I am fully aware it takes time. Very respectful, respectable and I thoroughly appreciated the time each staff member took with me. The staff is beautiful and kind, funny and honest. Great place…. This is my 2nd botox treatment first one with Allure. I didn't have the best experience with my first round, but Faith and Angela understood my concerns and proceeded with my botox with no pressure to do anything extra.
