Allure Medical Greenville

I've been going here for at least seven years and have always had a great experience and everyone was very thorough and knowledgeable. Then they changed to this new Allure. As a patient, I expect to be notified of these types of changes when they happen, especially when you're deciding to not treat me because of my insurance anymore. Very bad customer service not notifying the patients... First off, I made my appointment a year ago for 11am. I got a text a few days before the appointment from this Allure that I did not recognize stating that my appointment was at 11:30, so I called to confirm the different time. Then I got a call for appointment reminder and it stated 11AM...seriously! So I called once more to confirm the actual time. Every time I called though, I never was able to speak to someone actually in the office. Then I get to my 11:30 appointment. SO, not only did I not know...

Very nice friendly staff.

I have had 10 treatments and everytime the staff and Dr's were professional and friendly. Glad I chose them to have my veins fixed.

I'll start with the down side first.

This to me has been a very long process....I'm driving an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment once a week, kind of wish two legs could be done on the same day. ( 2⭐) for distance, and missing work.

Each doctor has his way of doing things.
Please numb up the leg before inserting the catheter ( painful). (3⭐)

The staff is very friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. (5⭐)

Just can wait until the end results. No more fatigue,swelling, pain, cramps, or ugly varicose veins just beautiful legs. I'll have to wait until this is completely done before I score the appearance, and the feel of each legs.

It was for my mother. They are trying to help with her leg pain. Really good doctors here.

I'm so excited Allure Medical is now partnering with The Vein Centers of Excellence in Greenville. My dad went to the one in Michigan to get his veins treated and he has not more pain or swelling.
