My FIRST experience at allure and I’m soooooo happy to have found them! Absolutely wonderful! So professional, very knowledgeable and not pushy! I love my results !

Went here for 3 years. Came in for my last appointment and was told didn't have one. I had already pre-paid for a $2000 package. Office was very rude. I was asked to prove I had an appointment which I emailed to them.
But because they were wrong and didnt like being proven wrong they canceled my package.
I used to send patients here but now I will be warning people away from these people

Sallie was a gem. Very kind and understanding. She took her time to explain things to me. My NP seemed irritated with me because of some of the questions I asked. I also had immediate bruising and swelling on the side of my eyes. For some reason, their director doesn't believe that ice should be applied so instead I applied pressure.

I have been getting Botox for 10 years. I’ve always had 30 units. I moved and tried out here. They told me I needed 50 units so I tried it. I’ve always had it for my 11 lines and forehead. The results are atrocious and seemed to impact everywhere but the areas I requested being done. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I would like to add that I spent years working in a medical spa and there seems to be something not correct about the strength of the Botox I was given as 50 units is an astronomical of Botox for one area when I am happy with results of 30 units everywhere else I’ve been. I’m 32 years old and my wrinkles aren’t deep at all. They said more Botox makes it last longer. So then why did 30 units last me 5 months every other time I’ve ever had Botox but they want me to come back in 4 months? Truly awful operation.
