I had a follow up scheduled today so I took my very valuable time off from work to make it. I called to confirm only to be told their office hours had changed and that they were closed. The receptionist said they sent me a text message. Really?! A text message? What ever happened to the professional courtesy of a phone call. Customer lost Allure.
