Shannen was great. She greets you by name and really took the time to educate and help guide me in picking the right procedure my skin. While she did suggest I buy their eye cream, she was also kind enough to share a $15 product from Amazon that she uses and thought would be good for me as well. I felt very comfortable with her doing the Cool and Brillant procedure.

Receiving treatment for varicose veins. My legs already feel so much better. Dr. Mok is great...so professional and caring. Staff is friendly...especially Jodi. Great at answering the questions that I had.
