If I could give less stars- I would. So many things to say about this place. Do not recommend for cosmetic services. I was rescheduled due to staffing. At rescheduled appointment I waited an hour. I was told I couldn’t use certain perks from app. You have to talk to corporate for concerns when calling. Basically, I was asked what do you want me to do about it from corporate. I can’t be the only person with the concerns. My follow up appointment was “forgotten” and not scheduled per the person at corporate. I requested a call back and never received a call after first visit. I do not usually write reviews. I have had cosmetic services elsewhere with much better results for less money. Do not let the promotion entice you. Not worth the trouble and the results are less than satisfactory. I do not plan to return.
