Everyone was extremely nice, and made sure that I understood the procedure and answered all my questions. But, I have to give a special shout out to Kellie. Kellie sat with me and made sure all my questions were answered so I could make an informed decision. Also, no one has ever been able to numb my lips on the left side of my face, but Kellie was able to get my entire mouth numb. The experience I had this time so much better than in the past.
