It was easy to make an appointment. I was seen promptly as soon as I arrived. Since this was my first experience with skin care of this type, I appreciated their patience in explaining the procedure to me, guiding me to what should be my first step treatment, and fully explaining the costs.

I have been here before and the experience was great but last Friday I had a very bad experience that I need to share because this doctor does not need to operate this way.

I went in because I wanted to get some of the filler migration dissolved around my mouth and considering the fact that it's my face, I know my face better than anyone and I did not have the deep smile line folds that I have right now and the doctor said it was my muscles pulling, and it most certainly was not because the nurse even agreed.

She also said that it was hyaluronic acid, which is true because most fillers are hyaluronic acid, but she doesn't know what I've had done to myself and yes, mine are hyaluronic acid, but you cannot operate from the basis that you already know what's going on without even taking an examination. I just felt like she was being extremely ignorant just...
