I had a 9:30 appointment and I was greeted with a good morning and was told someone would be with me shortly and I was nervous about the procedure but was told not to worry and she(forgot her name) would be right there and she was to rub my shoulder and even wiped away nervous tears Allure staff is awesome starting from the receptionist all the way to the doctor all is 10 plus
