I didn’t love my experience because I feel they over booked for the amount of providers there and my wait time was over an hour from my appointment time. I arrived early and even called to make sure that I would have plenty of time to get to work on time if I scheduled for 10:00. They tried to ask me to come back another day. My lidocaine didn’t work at so the experience was also incredibly painful. I realize that cannot be helped at times but the over booking and waiting just seemed like poor customer service. I’m a medical esthetician and I understand we get busy but just wanted to be honest about my experience.

I was hesitant to go here because I always go by word of mouth reviews and I’m new in this town so had to find a place on my own. They had a great sale for Valentine’s Day and the workers were all amazing. I’m beyond happy with my results. My lips look AMAZING! They really knew what they were doing.

have been going to Allure for a while now, typically has been a decent experience. i went in for my 8:45 appt, checked in and had the initial discussion. waited about 20 mins for the np, by 9:15 I had to get up and ask if anyone was coming to see me, and was told she'd be another 25 mins. So I wouldn't be seen until at least an hour after my appointment time - no explanation as to why. I'm just frustrated that I booked an appointment, adjusted my work schedule, drove the 40 mins there, to not even have the appointment time honored. Makes me really not want to risk wasting my time again.

updating my review: I booked an appointment for their black friday Botox sale in 2024, ended up back in less than two months for the appt mentioned above. during the pre-injection consult, the woman mentioned "oh you had xeomin last time, so we'll do that again". i'd never booked...
