We want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Contents team at Allied. From start to finish, they managed everything with exceptional professionalism, turning what could have been a highly stressful situation into a seamless and reassuring experience for our family. James was fantastic, and his team, led by Lindsey and Tino, demonstrated both efficiency and clear communication at every stage. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a competent group of individuals. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service they provided.

Andy Worrel came out to do the inspection for our damaged wall in our industrial building and I was impressed with his knowledge, professional attitude, and was very nice as well. He also was very thorough in his inspection and he found more damage that nobody else had caught. Iam very happy with Andy and he was easy to communicate with as well. Andy responded to calls and emails right away, and was proactive as well.

We had unfortunate damage to our home from a Storm earlier in the year. Andy came in and laid everything out that they would be doing and then Marlon oversaw the work. My wife and I are very happy with the results. Look forward to using them sometime again in the future.

Throughout our entire process Allied and particularly Edwin L. helped us turn a leak in our kitchen into a beautiful renovation. All aspects were treated with care and we were kept in the loop at all steps. The finished result is beautiful and we are very happy with the work done.

My wife and I experienced water damage to our home and had to leave during the repairs, returning just two weeks before the birth of our daughter. Our insurance provider took several weeks to approve a supplemental payment for replacing the countertops and kitchen sink. As a result, we were living without a kitchen sink or countertops, making life with a newborn extremely difficult. We had to hire a third-party contractor to replace these items, costing us several thousand dollars out of pocket.

I informed Allied Restoration of this decision to ensure transparency. Despite this, Allied Restoration increased the contract amount, even though they were not involved in replacing the countertops or sink. Upon reviewing their documents, I noticed numerous inaccuracies. For instance, the price for removing and replacing the countertops originally quoted at $1,766 in January...

Jason and the entire Allied team were amazing! After a leak in our kitchen and dealing with home owners insurance for almost 6 months, they came in with a clear plan, listened to what we wanted and made it happen! Especially appreciate the ease of communicating with them and the clarify to how this entire process would unfold! Could not recommend them enough! Thank you for all your hard work!

On the week of March 18th James came to my condo to assess our situation. As soon as I let him in I felt an instant ease. As we did the walk through I was telling him how badly things were going, he spoke to me with such kindness and every single one of his responses made me feel validated. He was the first person, other than Andy, to make me feel like my family and I actually matter in this chaos.
