Zak and Ashley have been amazing! They have gone above and beyond to put my house back together! Extraordinary work! They worked really hard and fast.

After my house was damaged in the LA fires, I contacted Allied Restoration. When discussing my situation, they informed me they require a $10,000 retainer or my full insurance deductible before they would provide an estimate or even assess the damage at the house. I believe this is not standard practice - most reputable companies provide free estimates, especially for insurance claims after fire damage. I felt manipulated by this approach, especially as a homeowner already dealing with the stress of fire damage. When I questioned this policy, they explained they "don't write free estimates" and only work with "people that are solidified in their choice." I'm sharing this experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions when seeking restoration services.

Allied were prompt, efficient, and did a very solid job in coming up with a temporary solution to our broken window. We needed to get the window closed quickly since there are a lot of wild animals around, and from start to finish they were with us and wasted little time.

The repair itself took three hours to do, but they did a fantastic job in making sure we had our window shut.

Allied Restoration may be a bit pricey, but thanks to Marlon’s professionalism and clear communication, the process was stress-free and absolutely worth it. He and the team were transparent and genuinely helpful, making me feel valued rather than pressured. Highly recommend Allied Restoration, especially with Marlon on the team!

Edwin and his team at Allied were 10/10!! We had fire damage to an ADU and he was our guy. He made himself available 7 days a week for any questions we had, and was great with helping us design the ADU and dealing with insurance. Thank you again Edwin and thank you Allied

Awesome! We had a pinhole leak in a pipe that caused a lot of water damage. Allied was great from start to finish. They got out to our house very quickly to begin the remediation and water mitigation. Then, we used them on the reconstruction side to repair all of the damage and they were great! They coordinated seamlessly with our insurance company, which is no small feat, and got everything looking new again very quickly. Marlon, Noel and the whole team were outstanding!

From beginning to end, Andy did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, he took his time to review all the damage in my unit and then prepared a detailed estimate for repairs. I really appreciated this vs receiving a lump sum estimate that you have no idea what is included. The workers were organized, cleaned up after, and were very attentive to detail as well. Subsequently, Andy and I reviewed the work order and line items which had not been necessary were removed from the work order. I have already recommended him to four other people!

I had heartbreaking water damage from a slow leaking old toilet, then the Bad Kitty wrestled with the hose behind the washer and caused further water damage to the vinyl flooring! I called Allied and they were so professional, polite, understanding and very thorough during the mitigation process. I appreciate the office staff, field techs and Supervisor Jorge who knew I was a self-pay customer and the services had to be minimized. Andy the Project Manager was also professional, knowledgeable and mindful in the cost of repairs. Andy offered solid advice on the project moving forward. I was impressed with this company because typically you have a feeling of being scammed by people and I didn’t feel that with Allied. Thanks again!
